My work bridges therapy, clinical hypnosis and depth-oriented inner work, offering an integrative, compassionate approach to personal transformation.
Rooted in Jungian and transpersonal perspectives, I support individuals and small groups in exploring their inner landscapes to access healing and insight through the the inner self. I offer creative, experiential & practical tools for navigating the spaces between the inner and outer worlds, the subconscious and conscious mind, the intuitive and rational.

I am a clinical social worker, hypnotherapist, & healing arts facilitator. My curiosity about consciousness and the human psyche has led me to study and experience a variety of therapeutic practices and philosophies over the years. I have often found myself straddling different ways of seeing and understanding the world, seeking a pathways that bridge the psychological and spiritual realms. The approaches I offer are those that have also supported me in my own inner work and direct experience.

I began my career in youth services, alternative & outdoor education, and mental health, earning my MSW from UNC Chapel Hill in 2014. As a clinical social worker, I worked in in school-based and in-home therapy with youth and families, receiving training in behavioral therapies. I also integrated expressive arts based techniques through my work with the Art Therapy Institute of NC.

In recent years, my path has expanded into transpersonal and experiential practices. I hold certifications as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) and Master Hypnotherapist (MHt) through the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, and I completed a year-long program in Embodied Experiential Dreamwork with Dr. Leslie Ellis. I continue to explore dreamwork, intuitive healing, depth psychology and creative modalities.

I live near the Atlantic Ocean in Wilmington, North Carolina with my husband, Alex, and our chihuahua, Hermes. I value time in nature, creative expression and contemplation.
